About KELLY PACK - tarragindi real estate agent
I pride myself on being an honest, service driven, professional Real Estate Agent, who sells in the Tarragindi, Moorooka, Salisbury, Nathan, Coopers Plains and surrounding areas. I want to build great relationships and give back to the local community. I'd love to help with the sale and/or purchase of one of your biggest assets in life - your home.
When it comes to selling property, I will go to great lengths to explore every avenue in order to secure a great result for my clients. In real estate, to ensure a smooth sale process, it's important to understand the needs and wants of both buyers and sellers to enable the best result for both parties. I can provide advice on renovations, help with styling your property, discuss pricing your home in the current market and guide you on all the marketing methods to get your property sold quickly. I will go into negotiations for you, to get you the best price possible when it comes time to sell. I will guide you through signing contracts and be on-site for building and pest inspections and bank valuations to ensure a smooth sale with less stress. If you need any advice or have questions on how the real estate process works, please don't hesitate to ask me. |
HOW IT ALL BEGAN
I have worked within the property industry for over 20 years. My real estate sales journey started when I applied for a job as a Receptionist at Mark Ward Property and was promoted after only 6 months on the job. I became Mark's Personal/Sales Assistant and he taught me everything he knows about selling real estate (and if you've ever driven through Salisbury you will see his face on signboards everywhere!) I then became a Real Estate Agent and chose to sell houses in the Tarragindi, Moorooka and surrounding areas, because I believe these suburbs have a wonderful community spirit and I wanted to become a part of that. My long-term goal is to help as many people as I can, and to also be an integral part of the community.
MY PERSONAL LIFE
I bought my first home when I was just 20 years old. Fast forward another 20 years and I have bought, sold, renovated and rented multiple properties in my lifetime. I spend most of my free time on realestate.com.au or domain.com.au dreaming about owning a little shack in Tasmania, a beach house in the Northern Beaches of NSW and the Sunshine Coast, or finding run-down properties in the local area, that I could renovate and sell (or lease) for a profit.
I have a cheeky 6 year old son who constantly keeps me on my toes. I believe in being honest and try to teach my son right from wrong, so he will grow up to be a good person. I believe that you can do anything if you put your mind to it.
In my spare time I love photography, stand-up paddle boarding, travel blogging, bike riding, bushwalking, gardening or just reading a book in the sunshine. I love the beach because the ocean makes me feel grounded. I have travelled extensively to Africa, Europe, the UK, Asia and the South Pacific, as well as along the East and South coasts of Australia. I love chai lattes, make my own home-made kombucha and milk kefir, try to limit my sugar intake and exercise, to keep both my mind and body healthy.
I started the Southside Paddle Group so I could meet people who live on the Southside of Brisbane who want to go stand up paddle boarding or kayaking regularly. We aim to meet once a month and have both family friendly events (where you can bring your kids along) as well as adults only events, for those times when you need to get away from your family and chill out a bit with some 'me time'. Please feel free to join the group. It's a great way to meet new people in the area and get out on the water.

TARRAGINDI FREE LIBRARY
I wanted to give back to the local community in which I work, so I decided to set up a free library for local residents. The Tarragindi Free Library is located in two areas of Tarragindi - Tarragindi Fitness Gym and Umu Kitchen. I wanted to share my love of reading with others and what better way than to share all the books I’ve collected over the years? You can find the Tarragindi Free Library at 195 Fingal St, Tarragindi and 8 Denham Tce, Tarragindi.
The Tarragindi Free Libray is a free service where you can borrow and exchange books with other locals in the area. It’s a place where people can come together, to sit and drink coffee and read a book in the sun. I’m hoping that it will connect people in the community and get people talking about things they have in common.
It’s a place to make new friends and enjoy life in the suburbs.

MY AIM as a TARRAGINDI REAL ESTATE agent
My aim is to get to know all the locals in the area, so if you see me working away in a cafe, or just out and about in the suburb, please feel free to stop me and say hi. If you would like some information on prices in the area, or would like to know what your home would be worth in the current market, I would love to have a chat and give you a free property report, which has comparisons to other sales similar to your home, in the surrounding areas.
I would love to help you sell your home and achieve a price that you're happy with, in a short amount of time,
so that you can move onto the next chapter in your life, with less stress.
Please feel free to contact me and tell me about your needs.
